Since all IMMORTAL FATE merchandise is of high demand, all sales are final when submitting an order. This means no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to check your order before placing, it cannot be modified once submitted. Allow time to check product sizing, shipping address, and billing address. If products are returned because of an invalid address, you will be charged to reship your package back.

Domestic shipping:

All orders are packaged and handled in 24-48 hours. IMMORTAL FATE offers standard shipping at the checkout only, however, you will receive your order in the next 5-10 business days. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ASAP.

International shipping:

 

Products are shipped to all international countries.

Please understand that international shipping requires a longer time frame in order to ship and will be more expensive. 

 

 IMMORTAL FATE ensures all international orders will also be handled within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

All international deliveries may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes and other charges. These are all the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these charges, they must be paid by yourself in order for you to receive your package and have it clear through customs.

 

IMMORTAL FATE is not responsible for any of these charges. If you refuse to pay these additional fees, your package will be sent back and you will be refunded the cost of your order, minus any extra shipping charges incurred by IMMORTAL FATE from the carrier.
